We will be doing live in-game updates via Twitter.

The Rangers maintained their line tweaks from Thursday night.

Enver Lisin is on the left side of Vinny Prospal and Marian Gaborik. Chris Drury is back on the second line with Sean Avery and Ales Kotalik. Chris Higgins remains on the third line with Brandon Dubinsky and Ryan Callahan. Artem Anisimov joins Aaron Voros and Brian Boyle on the fourth line.

Montreal came out strong early, establishing a lot of setup time in the Rangers zone. Mike Cammalleri opened the scoring at 4:16 on assists by former Devils Brian Gionta and Scott Gomez.

But the Rangers shook off the early goal and picked up the forechecking. Anisimov scored on a Michal Rozsival rebound at 9:22 to tie the game. Then the Rangers took the lead at 14:42 as Dan Girardi dumped the puck and Avery beat the Montreal defense to the puck, finding Kotalik alone in the slot.

In the last minute of the period, Matt Gilroy took a slap shot from the point to give the Rangers a two-goal cushion.

Updates to come...
