“Yogan by all rights should score at least 30 goals this
season as he has some quality teammates to work with. Yogan has to simply play
a simple game and not look for the fancy moves…If Yogan can do that then he

with first round skills that will likely slip a bit in the draft. He’s a great
skater for his size and has good offensive tools, although his finish is

is not a slight on Yogan, he is a very skilled and talented young player, but I
think the extra year of over-age eligibility might hurt his chances of playing

offensive skill and ability. Although the Boca Raton, Florida, native is not
the best skater, he has a very good shot and he has the ability to find open
positions around the opposing teams net. During the 2011 Traverse City
Tournament, Yogan created several scoring chances and it seemed that he was

center has a big frame and skates well. He can plant himself in front of the
net and has soft hands. He is expected to play on the wing at the professional

face-offs and goes to the net well, along with decent vision. Yogan also can
drop the gloves, although that is not expected to be his strong point at the

“After missing almost the entire 2010-11 season, Yogan is
expected to return to junior hockey for this coming season. He is projected to
be a borderline second line player and is at least two seasons away from being

to say that my eyes widened at times watching him play. I love his size and the
physical game he has started to play. Going to the net, with a nice shot and
good hands, Yogan is impressive. Now in Peterborough for an overage OHL season,
he is a Rangers prospect to watch, because he could be a perfect power forward

unselfish players who put the team first and that is an area Yogan could learn

skilled goal scorer (25 goals 2 years ago) but what we believe holds Yogan back
is Yogan. Yogan wants to highlight reel play when just a basic play would do
