How can I tell when my subscription is up?

If you're logged into BB+ there should be a box that reads "My Account" in the upper left.

That has never worked for me throughout my paper copy subscription of BB. It simply said/says no subscription associated with your account.

Once I was converted to the electronic version (being a Canadian) I never received one link or instruction on how to get this mysterious e-copy, nor have I ever received information on when my subscription is/was expired.

This is way more hlefpul than anything else I've looked at.
