Just one game on the prospect schedule as Ryan Graves (2013 4th) and his Val-d'Or Foreurs grabbed a 2-0 series lead in their QMJHL semifinals series with the Halifax Mooseheads after a 4-2 win. The Foreurs having grabbed both games in Halfax are heading home feeling very confident as they should.

The Foreurs needed just 36 seconds to get going as they grabbed a quick 1-0 lead on an even strength goal. While still in the first period they added 2 more goals 22 seconds apart at 6:48 and 7:10 for a 3-0 lead and while Halifax would dominate play in most areas, they never did on the scoreboard.

Graves had a quiet game going scoreless on just 1 shot with a +1 and just 1 hit but the Foreurs won which Graves will tell you means more to him. Now the series heads back to the Foreur's home for games 3 and 4 which will be played Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
